Do You Hope for World Peace?

The Praying Project in Honor of His Majesty the King for the Stability of Thailand invites all peace organizations near and far, large and small, to participate in a praying ceremony for world peace.

The ceremony will take place in Thailand at the KUAN YIN INTER-RELIGIOUS PARK located in the Phetchaburi province in Thailand.

The ceremony begins on Saturday 24 October 2009, at 10:00 am continuing to 3:00 pm in the afternoon.

THE KUAN YIN INTER-RELIGIOUS PARK is the home of the world’s tallest carved wooden statue of the Goddess Kuan Yin.  The park is located in the Kaeng Krachan district of the Phetchaburi province of Thailand, located about 160 kilometers (about 2 hours driving time) from Bangkok.
