Dr. Thongmoah Champangern, born in Suphanburi, Thailand in Oct. 1, 1949. He has been teaching Industrial Techonolgy at Rajabhat Institute Petchaburi, Petchaburi Province since 1972 right after obtaining a B. Ed. Industrial Arts with degree from Srinakarintawirot University. He also got his M.Ed. (2nd Class Honour) in Educational Technology and Innovations in 1983 and Ph.D. in Vocational Education 1986.
